Wednesday, July 6 (Yes, we DO have practice today even though we have a meet.)
7:30-9:00: 11 and up practice
8:30-10:00: 10 and under warm-up and practice
10:00-10:45: Pre-team practice
SWIM MEET: BELEN @ FHCC
Report time: 2:45
Warm-up time: 3:15
Meet begins: 3:45
Sign up at the pool for your events! Coach Daniel wants
swimmers to swim in events that they are NOT planning to swim at
district.
Also, please sign up on the volunteer sheet to work the meet. This is our LAST one to host!
Thursday, July 7
7:30-9:00: 11 and up practice

6:30-7:30 p.m.: Stroke and turn (all ages except pre-team)

BURRITO FRIDAY! Place your order on the order form at the pool before the end of practice on Thursday morning.
