7:30 - 11 and up practice
8:30 - 10 and under arrive for warm-up
9:00 - 10 and under practice
10:00 - Pre-Team practice
11:00 - Stroke and Turn (all swimmers except pre-team)


Tuesday, July 9
7:30 - 11 and up practice
8:30 - 10 and under arrive for warm-up
9:00 - 10 and under practice


Wednesday, July 10
7:30 - 11 and up practice
8:30 - 10 and under arrive for warm-up
9:00 - 10 and under practice
10:00 - Pre-Team practice (Pre-Teamers let Coach Hannah know if you will swim tomorrow in the meet!)


Thursday, July 11 SWIM MEET - MIDTOWN @ FHCC
Arrive - 2:30-2:40 p.m.
Warm-up Time - 3:00 p.m.
Meet Begins - 3:30 p.m.

*When I scheduled make-up pictures for Thursday, I was thinking our meet was in the morning. With a 3:30 start time, we won't be able to make pictures at 6:00. I have sent the photographer an email, and we will reschedule make-up pictures for next week. Again, let me know who is interested.
