I thought I sent this last night, but it looks like something happened with my server. So here is what the week looks like:

Monday:
7:30-9:00: 11 and up practice
8:30-10:00: 10 and under warm-up and practice
10:00-10:45: Pre-Team practice
11:00-12:00: Stroke and Turn (all ages except pre-team)

Tuesday:

7:30-9:00: 11 and up practice
8:30-10:00: 10 and under warm-up and practice

Wednesday:
NO PRACTICE FOR 11 AND UP
NO PRACTICE FOR 10 AND UNDER
10:00-10:45: Pre-Team practice

SWIM MEET: JCC @ FHCC
Report time: 2:45
Warm-up time: 3:15
Meet begins: 3:30
Bring shade and chairs. JCC has a big team this year!
Swimmers: Sign up at the pool for your events. You don't sign up, you don't swim. (Pre-team also!)
Parents: Sign up for your volunteer job!

Thursday:

7:30-9:00: 11 and up practice
8:30-10:00: 10 and under warm-up and practice
6:30-7:30 p.m.: Stroke and Turn (all ages except pre-team)

Friday:
BURRITO FRIDAY!! Place your orders at the pool by practice-end on Thursday.

4th OF JULY PLAYDAY!
7:30-9:00: 11 and up
9:00-10:00: 10 and under
10:00-10:45: Pre-Team

Saturday:
NO MEET

Monday, July 4:
NO PRACTICE - Happy 4th!
