To register your swimmer

• Read the Welcome Letter
• Complete the Registration Form
• Complete the Waiver/Release Form
• Complete the Sundance Aquatics Waiver/Release Form
• Complete the Code of Conduct
• Complete the Parent Code of Conduct
  
• Pre-Team Information
  
• Review the Team Practice Schedule and Required Equipment List
• Print and complete the Sundance registration forms.  If your child swam on a year round team last year, be sure to complete page 1¹. 
• Make check payable to 'Canyon Club Swim Team' and include member number if member of Canyon Club.
• Hand deliver to Molly or mail these to:

¹  The coach and team may be fined if swimming year round during Sundance season and after the conclusion of the SC local season.

Team Suit Information
The team swim suit is the Tyr in green.
